Lime Skittles were replaced with green apple in 2013 and fans of lime passionately disapproved. So when it came time to announce the return of lime, we matched their passion and created "Lime-a-geddon".
The campaign lived on Facebook & Instagram.
We also searched social media for our most passionate #bringbacklime fans and gifted them an exclusive surlimeal kit to help them survive when lime goes away again. We asked them to record themselves opening the boxes and stitched it together to share from skittles' channel.
We finished up the campaign with a final push to "STOCK UP" before the end of lime.
